Proceeded to head over to him and nuzzle him. Relentlessly. And now it won't stop following him or getting right up in his space. Even Silver's Pokémon are weirded out by this. ...Well, except for Sneasel. For some reason, Sneasel doesn't seem all that bothered by it.

So needless to say, once Silver's had enough of manually searching for an owner (which happens pretty darn quickly,) he's opening up his journal and flipping it to video.]

Does this Beedrill- [pause, as Beedrill is currently rubbing its face on him and he needs to pry it off-] look familiar- [No, Beedrill, down, come on already-] to anyone? [Okay seriously can I have some personal space? Please? What are you so damn happy about?]

[Beedrill recognizes you, Yellow. Which is why he's leaning forward over Silver's shoulder to look closer at your image in the journal.

...This is a really awkward position for Silver to be in.] Does it? [Well, there are a lot of Beedrill in the Viridian Forest...]

[Oh huh. It seems like it even recognizes her. How strange!]

Yeah, kind of... For it to be here though, it has to be a trainer's, doesn't it..? [So it couldn't just be one she met in the Viridian Forest..! Probably. She could have met it there before it was caught, but... that doesn't really seem like it's the case, somehow.]

I... Think so. [He's pretty sure, but... Not 100% sure.]

Random wild Pokémon haven't shown up here before, have they? [They certainly haven't while she's been here, so..]

It was caught in the Viridian Forest. [...] This feels a little familiar, doesn't it?

Huh... It really does. A little more so since it comes from Viridian, too...

[But not quite because of the fact it comes from there. Something else... hmm..!]

Surprisingly or unsurprisingly enough, Yellow's one of the people that Silver really wouldn't mind talking to right now. Of course, he at least tries not to immediately interrupt her with bad news, instead deciding to quietly approach her and try to see what she's drawing.]

[She's drawing that Beedrill from earlier, actually! Or at least that's what it started as, anyway. Now there are a bunch of Caterpie and Butterfree around it too. And trees. Yep.]

[...Damnit Yellow, you're cute. Does he really want to interrupt her drawing in favor of bad news?

Then again, he has to, doesn't he? Someone has to say it.] I found the owner of that Beedrill.

[He does! Don't keep her in the dark, despite her cute doodling..! Upon hearing Silver's voice though, she looks up from her sketchbook and at him.]
