Backtagging: Yes, yes, and yes. 95% of the time, I'll backtag something until it's finished or I can't think of a response to continue the thread.
Threadhopping: I'm pretty cool with this, but try to contact me first.
Fourthwalling: He's from Pokémon. Go for it. All I ask is that if your character is particularly manga-savvy and could recognize him from Pokémon Special, avoiding broadcasting his tragic past would be pretty cool.
Offensive subjects (elaborate): Outside of severely offensive subjects being taken lightly or used as a gimmick, I'm pretty okay with it. If you're really unsure, go ahead and contact me about it, but more often than not it's fine!

Hugging this character: He'll probably be incredibly awkward and wait what are you doing about it, but sure.
Kissing this character: See above, only more so.
Flirting with this character: It will probably go right over his head, but go for it.
Fighting with this character: Sure! He's not above starting fights himself. As far as attacking/battling/serious fighting goes, however, please talk to me about it first.
Injuring this character (include limits and severity): Talk to me about it. I'm fine with little injuries and "this is really going to hurt in the morning," but in terms of spraining things/broken bones/major wounds, talk to me first. (Wow I'm kind of redundant.)
Killing this character: As time passes this answer might change, but for now, there isn't a purpose to it, so I'd rather not.
Using telepathy/mind reading abilities on this character: Go right ahead.
