[Gold just turns away from Silver again, he certainly can't bring himself to face Silver.]

[...Sigh. Silver walks up to Gold and tries to turn him around. Not by his shoulder, but by his sleeve.]

[What, now he wants to say something? Gold doesn't budge yet, just shooting Silver a glance.]

[Silver... Whacks Gold on the back of the head. Hard.

...But his expression has softened up to something considerably more normal.]

You're right. You're the leader. Which means while you get to take the lead and call the shots, we follow your lead... But we look out for you, too.

[Gold shoots a glare at Silver. A glare which fades once he sees the expression on Silver's face... and hears those words.

...So he strikes Silver in the stomach with his elbow.]

Yeah, yeah, I know.

[...Oh you did not just- shove.] Good.

[He did so. Shoving harder!]

Good!

[SHOVING- okay no, he doesn't feel like it. Not today. They can pick a fight tomorrow or something.] Good.

[wait what, he's giving up? He'd goad Silver into continuing... Except he doesn't feel like it after everything that's happened.]

Fine. But if you're looking out for me, how about saying somethin' next time instead of just flouncing off?

Not really. Do you really think "Don't do it" [He says that part in his best imitation of Silver.] is gonna stop me?

If you said "don't do it," I'd listen or at least ask why. [Instead of driving home the fact that... No, don't think about it. Don't think about it.]
