[There's nothing better to do after three days out in the cold and a chat with your best friend than to stare at your journal and idly contemplate whether or not interacting with People sounds like a good enough idea.
But something's on his mind. Or, well, a few somethings, but it's persistently sticking there enough to be worth asking.

They also must be willing to listen to the opinions of those around them and plan according to those opinions. No matter how wise the leader, no matter the type, there will always be something to be gained by listening to others. If they choose to force their way with power and position, it could lead to the downfall of them and all those who follow them.
