[There's nothing better to do after three days out in the cold and a chat with your best friend than to stare at your journal and idly contemplate whether or not interacting with People sounds like a good enough idea.

But something's on his mind. Or, well, a few somethings, but it's persistently sticking there enough to be worth asking.

To the journal.]

Could anyone tell me about leaders? [Well that's vague. ...Whatever.]

And while I'm here, what are elves? [...] And what's "tsun"?

A leader should have the respect of the team that he's leading. Not through force, but through actions, through listening. Being open to listening to the teams ideas and their plans, and using them if they could be affective. Not just saying this is my plan, you better do it.

But a leader should also be ready for what ever might come the teams way. Planning ahead, thinking of strategies and so on.

[It's part of organization! ...at least to Leo.]

Are you going to lead a team?

I see.

Well, a leader should also be strong to keep the team going. Passionate in what they're doing, and loyal to the members of their and others in their lives.

But...on the other side they should also have compassion and humility. Be more than just the leader, be their friend, their confidante.
