AND THEN THERE WERE MORONS [Video]
[After what's felt like far too long, Gold and Silver are back. Of course, the sensible thing to do would probably be to alert someone of their return and the fact that they're okay through at least one of their journals and all that good stuff.
And Silver does open up his journal. You'd think that would be what Gold would do before Silver, wouldn't it? Well, things are a little... Mixed up at the moment. So "Silver" opens up his journal to speak his piece.]
Which way is it to the village? It's this way, right? ["Silver" points in a direction to his right.]
Yeah, go ahead and tell him all about how it's actually this way. ["Gold" points in a direction to his left.]
I'm telling you, it's this way. [Pointing!]
And I'm telling you there's no way it's not this way! [Pointing in the opposite direction!]
And what makes you so sure?!
Why wouldn't I be so sure?
[And now looking at the journal.] Tell this idiot he's wrong and that it's this way to the village. [Pointing in that direction again]
Yeah, or tell the truth and let this moron know that he couldn't find his way to the village if his life depended on it.
[And it continues on. Someone might want to fill them in on how they're both wrong and both stupid before this goes on forever. And maybe, you know, comment on how they're back.]
[ooc: SO HEY GUYS GOLD AND SILVER ARE BACK. Except, well, Gold is Silver (
mischieftrader) and Silver is Gold (
tsunbreeder). What could possibly go wrong? Nothing, that's what. ...And by nothing I mean everything. ALSO ALLOW ME TO REITERATE THAT THEY ARE BOTH POINTING THE WRONG WAY. And stupid. So yes. Also order is- ...Uh. You then "Silver" then "Gold". You then mischieftrader then tsunbreeder.]

I stocked up the fridge the day before we were taken, but I dunno how much you guys were eating while we were gone. [Now isn't that odd, Frey? Gold's usually the one who stocks the fridge
because only he understands just how much food is necessary to satisfy his hunger.][action]
And you guys have that conversation there, Silver's just gonna go find the bread because we're not weirdos that keep our bread in the fridge here.]
[action]
[Frey pulls out the sandwich fixings, placing each container and item on the counter as he does so. Frey himself often refilled it a bit, but he could only really provide what he knew of, and very rarely could keep up with what the more modern and hungry members of the household wanted.
But he was observant enough to know that Silver wasn't the one who had.....]
[action]
[What's taking so long with that, Silver? Come on. Gold's walking over there now. The bread's right here in the bread box, dude.]

Re: [action]
...Silver, you never filled the fridge two weeks ago, if I remember correctly. That was Gold. [Looking to 'Gold' for confirmation.]

[action]
Odd.... did they go shopping together? Maybe he was remembering incorrectly... He was tired.]
[action]
[action]
...A lot of stuff. Mostly meat. Way too many cold cuts. Silver's more than a bit distracted and not exactly aware of just how much he's piling onto his sandwich.]
Re: [action]
They hadn't had time to stop for more then a few bites of rations with the toxic air, afterall.]
[action]
What did you do on your mission?
[action]
Re: [action]
Must be jitters from the kidnapping.]
We had to go to that rogue facility- the one people were sent in to investigate in the past, remember?
It was overtaken by some flesh monster... all the walls were covered in eyes and mouths. We had to get rid of it.
[action]
...'Flesh monster'? Yeesh, sounds like nightmare fuel.
[action]
Re: [action]
It was indeed... Even the air was poisonous. we could not even stop to eat.
[Oh look his sandwich is finished. Not even going to bother with a drink first before taking a bite. Water in a moment, food now.]
[action]
...Well, his real stomach can. He's not sure about Silver's.]
Sounds pretty rough.
[action]
Still, it's the principle of the thing, but whatever. At least this is interesting. Tell us more, Frey.]
[action]
After a few moments though, he'll speak once more.]
It was a rather uniquely dangerous situation, that is for certain.
[action]
Probably not one you want to end up back in again, huh?
[action]
...Gold, could you at least ask something less obvious that can actually help us learn more?]
Re: [action]
[Even if he asked something more detailed, Frey is now completely distracted by the sandwich he is eating.]
